Applying our expertise

Who we are

Elevate Therapies is based in Dorset & Wiltshire and offers a calm, welcoming space focused on helping you, restored and  resilient in your body.

We offer personalised massage treatments by fully qualified therapists that support both physical recovery and nervous system relaxation. We value meeting you where you are and having a full picture of you so always allow for a full consultation on top of the massage time and adapt the massage accordingly.

Our approach blends skilled, responsive massage with a calm attentive response, supporting the ability of your body and mindset to recover, adapt and build resilience. Just choose a location and massage type when you book, feel free to get in touch if you would like advice.
